Create Digital Asset

Let's say you have a painting or drawing just completed and you would love to mint this as NFT, you are in the right place to convert your creation as NFT for Free.

Things you need​

  1. Digital photo of your Creation - Make sure you take the photo to reveal the intrinsic details of your Art.
  2. An Crypto Wallet app in your Phone (Android/iOS) or your Computer (Browser with Wallet plugin installed). Instructions on Downloading your Wallet app can be found here
  3. A creative Name, Description of your creation.

Steps to create a Digital Asset​

  1. Go to https://www.chainchum.app and Login.

  2. Once you are logged in, you will be in your Profile page.

  3. Click the Create option from user menu or hit "Add Item" button.

  4. This will take you to the Create Digital Asset Screen.

  5. Chose the image of your Art and enter all the key details. (This will help people in understanding more about your creation) and Finally enter your Arts unique properties, For e.g.

  6. Hit Submit changes, which will bring up the wallet to authorize the addition. This helps us secure your Digital Item so no one can claim ownership of this NFT as it will be cryptographically signed for your Digital Wallet address. Others can take ownership only after they buy it from ChainChum NFT Marketplace after you list them.

  7. You can safely hit Sign once you make sure the network is pointed to Polygon Mainnet & our site is listed correctly as https://www.chainchum.app.

Note: The screenshots mentioned in this guide is taken when using the app with MetaMask Chrome Plugin, the same steps apply for other wallet plugins from Coinbase Wallet, Brave, WalletConnect and other Crypto Wallets.​
